Sometimes, when people are overly TOO concerned over you, you'll get a BACKFIRED effect.
I'm already 32. I'm married and is having a baby. I believe I know how to take care of myself, and the baby, both mentally and physically. And I would not let anyone bully me, especially my lil' hub. Whatever decisions that I made, it's definitely with agreement from ALL of me. That is, I am happy and that the people I cared about are happy too, a compromised situation where neither will be unhappy about.
So... please, I know you care. But don't break the equilibrium that I built UNLESS you are greatly affected because you ARE directly linked. Otherwise, your silence will be greatly appreciated.

A WELL-DESERVED break? Well, I wouldn't exactly call it a BREAK, a "break" probably yes, since from the so many things that I'd heard, somehow, you're just going to be even more tired. But to me, at least I'm not looking at the work in my WORK. I'm ONLY (and I think it's more than enough) looking at the work back at HOME.
Today is the 18th of May, and 2 good friends of mine are getting married to each other (finally). I'm really glad that they ended up together in the end. Yes, I'll be attending their wedding tonight. At the same time, today MARKS a month before the day where I'll be officially on a 12 weeks break! The maternity leave...

Never in my life have I walked so slowly before. Not even when I sprained my ankle that many a times, or when I had that deep cut at mid-way on my right leg. But this... this is hardly bearable...
It's not really the aches nor the pain. Nor the size of the tummy that's making me waddle like a duck. Nor the swelling of the legs.
It's... EVERYTHING added up, on top of one another. The loosening of the joints that's causing the aches and pains because the legs aren't able to support the weight of the tummy. And because of the tummy, I'll have to walk with legs apart, and I think I look so funny. And with the weight of the baby + probably some water retention + walking or sitting a little bit too long = swelling of the legs and feet which I tried to lessen it during the nights.
Gosh... this is so draining... both physically and mentally...

7.14am - My stomach is covered with rashes... Heat rash is attacking me! I'm only glad that my mum proposed to switch on the air-con last night which did help a little. But still, it's damn itchy now! And my ass is still aching... The swelling at the legs and feet had gone down a bit though. Don't think it will last long since I'll have to walk for quite a bit to the office from the bus stop.
It's OKAY! Last trimester, less than 2 months, ENDURE! And look forward to something that will requires more endurance and patience! *LOL*
